浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術開發有限公司使用MnCL2改性后的γ-Al2O3微填充色譜柱,分析了He、H2、HD、D2混合氣體。結果表明,經改性后的γ-Al2O3柱對氫同位素分析的譜圖在峰型、保留時間、柱效等方面明顯優于未經改性的γ-Al2O3柱。在柱溫77.4 K、氖載氣流速30 mL/min、進樣量5~100μL條件下,氫同位素各組分線性關系良好,譜峰對稱,H2、HD的分離度可達0.84,HD、D2的分離度可達1.74,H2、HD和D2組分的保留時間分別為1.07、1.36和2.26 min,RSD3%。預計用于分析氕、氘、氚三元混合氣體時,一次分析時間在4 min內。
